Before calling a venue we note party size, halal or vegetarian needs, wheelchair access, and whether you want a quiet corner or bar seating. Birthdays and anniversaries can include cake service if the restaurant allows outside desserts.
We do not promise a specific celebrity chef table — we confirm what the restaurant can offer on your date.

Booking windows
Friday dinner at popular CBD restaurants often needs five to seven days notice. Eve of public holidays fill earlier. If your first choice is full, we send alternatives the same day.
Complex events with catering, florists, and AV need a planning call. Simple two-person lunches are often covered under membership hours. Send your date and party size.
